The Prevent Child Abuse Georgia 2023-24 Impact Report, released in December 2024, centers on the theme of fostering a unified movement to support strong families. The report emphasizes the power of partnerships, the influence of programming and training, and the growing recognition of PCA Georgia’s vital role in the prevention ecosystem.
Heading into 2025, we have bold plans for a perspective shift toward the future of our organization, which is evolving to refine our focus. In March 2025, Prevent Child Abuse Georgia will rebrand as Positive Childhood Alliance Georgia. This shift invites stakeholders to align more closely with our mission and welcomes everyone to see themselves as an ally for children and families.
PCA Georgia builds, supports, and sustains prevention networks and partnerships, including more than 35 local PCA Georgia councils, Strengthening Families Georgia, Georgia Essentials for Childhood, and the Georgia Family Support Network. Additionally, PCA Georgia provides leadership and infrastructure for the Find Help Georgia web-based resource portal.
“We need your help in continuing to share the good work happening across Georgia that supports and strengthens families. In meetings and conversations across the network of prevention professionals, in legislative hearings, on social media, and in any place where advocacy can bear fruit, we encourage you to uplift this mission of hope for the future,” said Executive Director Jennifer Stein. “A bright future is assured when we align with each other in this vital mission.”
